1. Overview

MRKT Stream provides market-data tools inside ChatGPT. The service is designed to return informational market data across equities and event-driven markets.

2. Information processed

MRKT Stream has no user accounts, no user-profile database, does not store portfolios, does not collect payment information, and does not connect wallets.

Market queries, stock symbols, market identifiers, and tool parameters are processed to return requested information.

3. How information is used

Information may be processed to fulfil market-data requests, operate and secure the service, diagnose technical problems, and respond to support and privacy requests.

4. Service providers

OpenAI processes user interactions through ChatGPT under OpenAI's own policies. Vercel may process infrastructure data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser or device metadata, and server logs.

Finnhub receives relevant stock-data requests. Polymarket public APIs receive relevant event-market requests. MRKT Stream's own processing is limited compared with these third-party systems, which control their own services, data practices, availability, and policies.

5. Support communications

Emails and voluntarily supplied information sent to mrktstreamsupport@gmail.com may be retained while handling the request.

6. Data practices

MRKT Stream does not sell personal information, does not use behavioural advertising, and does not maintain advertising profiles.

7. Retention and user requests

Infrastructure retention may depend partly on OpenAI, Vercel, Finnhub, and upstream providers.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing mrktstreamsupport@gmail.com. MRKT Stream cannot guarantee deletion from third-party systems it does not control.
